GENERAL :- If you support cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in any way, I will not do business with you.
- I reserve the right to deny any commission requests without explanation.
- Please do not send DMs such as considering to commissioning me but not having the funds. I would like to concentrate on serious inquiries only!
- Major changes in a late completion stage will incur additional fees or be denied entirely.
- The commissioner may not remove my signature or watermark at any time.
- Please credit me in a visible location if you display my art!PAYMENT:- All payments in EUR (€) via PayPal invoices.
- All payments are made upfront!USAGE AND OWNERSHIP:- My commissions are for personal use by default. Adding a commercial fee to a commission can be done at any time. Please contact me.▷ Personal: Use of art for non-monetized purposes.
ex.: icon, header, not-for-sale merch
▷ Commercial: Use of art on monetized sites and content.
ex.: Twitch, Youtube, Discord and any other websites- The commissioner may make minor edits (e.g. resizing, cropping, filtering), but please do not draw over or trace my art.
- The drawings commissioned are owned by the commissioner.
- I may use the work to advertise my services, as examples, and/or for portfolio purposes without permission of the commissioner.
- I will not make further profit directly off the work, e.g. prints, stickers, buttons, etc. without permission of the commissioner.
- The final art will be posted on my social media unless requested otherwise.
- You may repost the art you’ve ordered with proper credit to my twitter account. (@tokichuchu)CANCELLATIONS:If the commissioner cancels:
- If I have not started, I will give a full refund.
